Our priority is to get you home safely everyday
It's more than a job, it's not just a project; our priority is simply to get you home at the end of each and every day. Everything we do, every movement, every thought is a means to that end.
Trident Safety Pillars
1. Communication: Clear and effective communication is vital in ensuring safety in the oil and gas industry. It's about openly sharing information, actively listening to others, and promptly addressing concerns or hazards. Effective communication fosters teamwork, enhances situational awareness, and ultimately saves lives.
2. Integrity: Integrity is the cornerstone of trust and reliability. It's about holding oneself to the highest ethical standards, ensuring honesty, and maintaining consistency in actions, decisions, and communications, even when no one is watching.
3. Respect: When working in a hazardous environment, you are your brother's keeper. That means you not only look out for your own safety but also for those around you.

For the Men & Women in the Field
By the Men & Women in the Field
Tier 1 is not just another safety training program; it’s designed by those who have experienced the challenges of working in the industry. We understand the toughness of the job because we’ve been there. We prioritize safety because we’ve had to witness our colleagues being carried away in a 5-gallon bucket.
We understand that time and money are valuable, and the job needs to be done. However, we ensure that you’re as prepared as possible, without compromising anyone’s life, limb, or well-being. Human bodies can heal, but the psychological trauma from accidents can last a lifetime and affect generations. There’s no amount of time or money that can replace the loss of a loved one. When a parent doesn’t return home, the trauma reverberates through their children and family for generations.
