The Fit for Duty: Readiness and Responsibility course educates employees and supervisors on maintaining fitness for work. It covers recognizing signs of unfitness, employee and employer responsibilities, best practices, and return-to-work procedures. The course promotes risk minimization and quality of life for a safe and productive workplace.

The Fit for Duty: Readiness and Responsibility course focuses on ensuring employees are physically and mentally fit to perform their tasks safely. The course is divided into four chapters:

  • What it Means to be “Fit For Duty”
  • Employer and Employee Responsibilities
  • Procedures and Best Practices
  • Return to Work

Supervisors will learn to identify signs that an employee is unfit for duty and the proper procedures to follow. Employees will gain insights on how to stay fit for their roles, with practical aids to minimize risks and enhance their overall quality of life in the workplace. This course promotes a safer and more productive environment for both employers and workers.
